DMCA Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Everything written on masturbate-together.live, and every graphic drawn in its code, was made for this website. We respect the rights of others and take material down where a complete complaint shows it is needed. One exception: the video inside the full-screen chat layer is streamed by Coomeet, so complaints about that stream belong with Coomeet, which hosts and controls it.
How to complain
Open the contact form and pick "Copyright complaint" as the topic. For a complaint under 17 U.S.C. § 512 we need from you:
- your handwritten or electronic signature, as the rights holder or as someone entitled to act for the rights holder;
- which protected work you think is being infringed;
- the precise page address on our site where it shows up;
- your name and a contact route, for example an email address;
- your declaration that, in good faith, you consider the use not permitted by the rights holder, an agent or the law;
- your declaration, made under penalty of perjury, that everything in the complaint is correct and that you hold the rights or may act for whoever does.
If you think we removed something wrongly
A counter-notice goes through the same message form. Include your signature; describe what was taken down and the address where it used to be; declare under penalty of perjury your good faith belief that the takedown resulted from an error or a mix-up; add your name and how to reach you; and state that you accept the jurisdiction of the federal court for your judicial district, or, if you live outside the US, of any district where the operator can be found.
Repeat cases
Anything that draws several valid complaints stays offline permanently.
